Project Proposal: Service Learning
Katie Billingsley and I are working together on our project. I originally wanted to do something with Accounting, and her with the Military, so we decided to come together to create a Benefit for Wounded Soldiers. All of the proceeds from our benefit will go to Ozarks Prosthetic's and Orthodontics to help wounded soldiers pay for their prosthetic's. We're not sure about everything that will go on, but it is going to be April 5th in the Parkview High School Cafeteria.
Wow! It sounds like you ladies already have a great plan together. I am glad that you all will have the opportunity to work together for a good cause. I am curious to see what plans you will put together to do some fundraising and such.

Anyway, I am glad to see that you are interested in helping those who have been injured in war. I am curious what your role in accounting would be? I am also curious about what do you want to take away from this project? I can’t wait to hear how you progress through this project!
I think it is really great what you guys are doing. Sitting with you and hearing you talk about it, I know that you two are very passionate about it, and very excited! I absolutely cannot wait to see how it turns out!
